Event Details

Paper Presentation is a premier event at our college symposium designed for students to showcase their research and innovative ideas in a competitive format. This event is a fantastic opportunity for students from various disciplines to present their findings and engage with fellow academics.

Event Schedule

Participants are requested to check-in at the registration desk upon arrival. The presentation sessions will begin promptly at 10:00 AM. Each team will be allotted a specific time slot for their presentation.

Participation Rules

• PHASE 1
  • Teams can have up to 3 participants.
  • Teams can independently select topics within the blockchain domain, but each presentation must concentrate on a specific aspect or application of blockchain technology
  • Abstracts and papers should be no longer than 250 words and 15 pages respectively.
  • Papers should be submitted in .docx format via email to a specified address.
  • Submissions should follow IEEE format, including sections like abstract, introduction, subject and conclusion, results, and references.
  • Deadline for paper submission is two days prior to presentation day.
  • Shortlisted participants will be notified via email.
• PHASE 2
  • Participants must bring their college ID-Card.
  • Teams have 10 minutes for presentations and a followed by Q&A session.
  • Visual aids allowed.
  • Presentations evaluated for clarity, research depth, presentation skills, and responses.
  • Judges' decisions are final.
  • Abstracts should include references, email, and mobile number.

Participants will have the opportunity to design user interfaces for various applications, websites, or digital products. The contest will challenge participants to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs that enhance the overall user experience.

Participation Rules

• Each team may consist of up to three members.
• The topic of the tasks will be provided to participants in advance (30 minutes prior for Prelims, at the venue for Finals)
• Participants must carefully read and understand the given tasks.
• Designing should start at the specified time (6:05 for Prelims, after 5 minutes of task review for Finals).
• Participants are allowed to refer to any social media platforms for inspiration.
• Designs must be completed within the allotted time frame.
• Designs must be saved and exported as local copies, and the file link must be submitted in the provided Google form.
• Submission deadline will be strictly enforced, and no responses will be accepted after the specified time.
